Der Dachverband Frauen- und Mädchenberatung (DFMB) ist eine Dachorganisation von 66 Frauen- und Mädchenberatungsstellen aus allen 9 Bundesländern.
Der DFMB (ehem. „Netzwerk österreichischer Frauen- und Mädchenberatungsstellen“) wurde 1995 gegründet, um die Interessen der Beratungsstellen besser vertreten zu können. Seitdem setzt sich der Dachverband als feministische Organisation dafür ein, dass Frauen und Mädchen in allen Teilen der Gesellschaft die gleichen Rechte und Möglichkeiten haben.

was founded in 1995. In 2026, 66 counselling centres for women and girls in all nine Austrian provinces are members of the DFMB.
We build an internal network among our counselling centres.
We organise trainings, exchange and communication among the counselling centres.

and are therefore in constant contact with funding bodies, politicians, in committees, in the media and in public.

for a society in which all human beings, but specifically women and girls, can lead a free and safe life.
The Umbrella Organisation of Austrian Counselling Centres for Women and Girls and all counselling centres have no affiliation with any political party or religious confession. We receive funding from national, provincial and communal bodies as well as through projects and donations.
The Counselling Centres
The 66 counselling centres of the Umbrella Organisation are open for all women and girls. The counselling is confidential and free of charge and takes place at the counselling centres, by phone or online.
Every year, more than 100.000 women and girls turn to our centres with their private and career concerns.

The 66 counselling centres for women and girls provide support with issues concerning training, professional orientation (career guidance), return to work after parental leave, employment law and residence, with questions regarding partnership and child-rearing, divorce and custody, in the case of health problems, both physical and psychical, and concerning all forms of violence.

Within our umbrella organisation, multiple counselling centres for migrant women and girls (maiz, Lefö, Miteinander Lernen/Birlikte Ögrenelim, Orient Express,Peregrina, Frauen aus allen Ländern) specialise in counselling in various languages. Most of these specialised centres are located in Vienna.

DFMB – Avusturya Kadın ve Kız Çocukları Danışma Merkezleri Çatı Kuruluşu 1995 yılında kurulmuştur. 2026 yılı itibarıyla Avusturya’nın dokuz eyaletinin tamamında faaliyet gösteren 66 kadın ve kız çocukları için danışma merkezi DFMB’nin üyesidir.
DFMB olarak danışma merkezleri arasında güçlü bir işbirliği ağı oluşturmayı ve bu merkezlerin çalışmalarını desteklemeyi amaçlıyoruz.
Bu kapsamda danışma merkezleri arasında eğitimler, bilgi ve deneyim paylaşımı ile iletişim süreçleri organize ediyoruz. Ayrıca danışma merkezlerinin gündeme getirdiği konuları kamu kurumları, siyaset, komiteler, medya ve kamuoyu nezdinde temsil ediyoruz.
Bu nedenle fon sağlayıcı kurumlar, siyasi aktörler, çeşitli komiteler, medya ve kamuoyu ile sürekli temas ve iletişim içindeyiz.

Çalışma Yaklaşımımız
Danışmanlık hizmetlerinin kalitesini korumak ve geliştirmek, ayrıca kadınlar ve kız çocukları için sunulan hizmetleri yaygınlaştırmak amacıyla danışma merkezleriyle yakın işbirliği içinde çalışıyoruz.
Kadınları ve kız çocuklarını bireysel olarak desteklerken, aynı zamanda toplumsal eşitliğin güçlenmesi için de çalışmalar yürütüyoruz.
Çalışmalarımızda, çatı kuruluşuna bağlı tüm danışma merkezlerinin katılımıyla 2017 yılında güncellenen kalite standartları temel alınmaktadır.

Bu sorulara 2018 yılında hazırlanan “Chance Beratung” (Danışmanlık Bir Fırsattır) adlı videoda yanıt verilmektedir. Videoda hem danışmanlar hem de danışma merkezlerinden destek almış kadınlar ve kız çocukları deneyimlerini paylaşmaktadır. Videonun uzun versiyonu (10 dakika), kısa versiyonu (3 dakika) ve kısa tanıtım spotu (30 saniye) burada yer almaktadır.
